Project Manager & Lead Scale (m/f/d)

Your mission

Become the hub of innovation: As a Platform & Ecosystem Manager, drive our national and international startup ecosystem forward.

  • Project Lead: You will lead our Interreg funding project and oversee its management and implementation. 
  • Ecosystem Development: As a network architect, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining our network of mentors, investors, industry partners, and startups both domestically and abroad.
  • Platform Strategy: You’ll establish our Factory platform throughout Germany as the go-to resource for media outlets, VCs, and startups.
  • Innovation Promotion: You’ll initiate collaboration projects between established companies and agile startups.
  • Community & Events: To strengthen the ecosystem, you’ll develop and lead engaging workshops, programs, and events.
  • Data & Analysis: Through continuous reporting and monitoring of network metrics, you’ll steer our strategy in a targeted manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: The dynamic expansion of the expert and VC network is firmly in your hands.

Your profile

  • A master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience gained in the fields of startups, accelerators, venture capital, innovation management, or corporate innovation.
  • Practical experience in scaling and managing professional networks.
  • In-depth understanding of international and national startup ecosystems.
  • Fluency in German and English for delivering compelling presentations.
  • Ability to work independently and proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI.
