Your mission

Take innovation to the next level: Your impact at R-Factory.

  • Program Management: You support growth-oriented startups by implementing and further developing our innovation and entrepreneurship programs.
  • Venture Clienting: You’ll design smart approaches to connect emerging founders with established companies in a tailored way.
  • Networking & Partnerships: You’ll forge strategic alliances with accelerators, influencers, investors, and incubators.
  • Stage & Events: You’ll be responsible for planning and executing training sessions and workshops for our partner companies and startups.
  • Strategic Development: You’ll play a key role in shaping the Startup Factory—from process development and acquisition to communication.
  • Representation: As a “Brand Ambassador,” you’ll represent our mission to institutional partners, at networking events, and at conferences.

Your profile

  • A master’s degree in technology, engineering, entrepreneurship, innovation management, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (e.g., at venture capital firms, startups, management consultancies, or technology centers).
  • In-depth expertise in program and project management.
  • A strong passion for technology and innovation processes (ideally in life sciences, digitalization, the SME sector, or deep tech).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German, as well as strong networking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using everyday digital tools (Slack, CRM, PowerPoint, Google Workspace) and AI tools.
  • A results-oriented team spirit and a hands-on, can-do attitude.
