Your mission

Set the stage for your ideas: Bring our vision to life and become R-Factory’s Event & Marketing Mastermind!

  • Event Experiences: You’ll plan, conceptualize, and position large-scale event formats, and take full responsibility for our flagship events, which you’ll strategically leverage as high-reach PR platforms.
  • Brand Building: You’ll strengthen the R-Factory brand by implementing creative online, offline, and targeted PR campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Together with the team, you’ll create engaging content for our website, newsletters, and social media channels.
  • Communication Strategy: You’ll play an active role in shaping our overarching marketing and communication strategy.
  • Visibility & Networking: You’ll expand our reach by establishing strong collaborative and media partnerships.
  • Public Face: You’ll represent R-Factory at various trade shows, events, and gatherings.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, event management, media, economics, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing or events, preferably in an innovation or startup environment.
  • Solid experience in performance marketing to scale our reach to specific target audiences.
  • Proven experience in independently organizing events of various formats and sizes.
  • A strong understanding of target audiences, a keen eye for effective design, and plenty of creativity.
  • A structured, team-oriented, and self-directed (hands-on) approach to work.
  • Strong language skills in German and English (both spoken and written).
  • Digital proficiency in using AI, social media platforms, newsletter tools, and Google Workspace; ideally, knowledge of Adobe and Canva as well.
